Due to the nature of cloud mining and virtual mining services, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the mining contract is activated.

1. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Cloud mining contracts
• Virtual mining packages
• Hashrate upgrades
• Maintenance or hosting fees
• Wallet payout transactions

Mining rewards depend on external factors and cannot be reversed.

2. Refund Exceptions (Rare & Conditional)

Refunds may only be considered if:

• Payment was duplicated
• The contract failed to activate within the specified activation window
• There was a verified technical error on our side

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Minersme management.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

Crypto payments are irreversible.

If a user sends incorrect amounts or sends to a wrong address, Minersme is not responsible for recovery.

4. Chargebacks

Any fraudulent dispute or chargeback attempt will result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Termination of mining contracts
• Legal action if required
