Mining Contract Agreement & Terms

Before activating a miner, you must review and accept the contract rules below. By activating, your contract starts immediately and no refunds are available after activation.

Mining Contract

2 years • 95% uptime • no early cancellation

Contract period: 2 years, 95% uptime guarantee

No early cancellation; no refunds after activation

Miner ownership: Miner remains property of Minersme until contract completion

Pause option: Client can pause miner up to 2 months (max 2 times) during contract

Hosting & maintenance fees: Fixed for 2 years and deducted daily from earnings

Contract termination: If earnings stay below hosting/management fees for 90 days, contract may be terminated and miner remains property of Minersme
